the breakfast buffet had a lovely outside seating area. the central bar had knowledgeable bartenders, i found it had a great atmosphere. the pool and beach setting were excellent.
we were asked to change rooms after one night. the reason given was unplanned maintenance. the replacement room was a suite but it was falling apart, for example, the bathtub had cracks.

The bed in my room was not comfortable. It was soft. this caused back pain, and i did not sleep well. also, i saw a cockroach. The level of cleanliness was not acceptable.

I found the breakfast buffet excellent, with numerous healthy options available (especially the fresh fruit). the gym included a squat rack and dumbbells up to 50 kg. the staff provided complimentary sun cream and water in ice buckets near the family pool, a thoughtful touch. our room was made ready for bed while we had dinner. The butler closed the blinds and reorganized the bathroom.

the hotel offers multiple swimming pools designed for adults, families, and kids, with a dedicated pool available for laps. there is also a clean beach with white sand, suitable for swimming and other activities. guests have access to a supermarket and cafe and pharmacy on site, providing convenient shopping options.

the breakfast buffet features a wide selection of high-quality ingredients, including health food options. the buffet runs until 1pm, quite convenient. multiple dining experiences are available, so guests have many options for eating.

the staff are friendly and provide helpful service, as i noticed especially from the room cleaning and family pool staff. the butler service offers really good care, as they prepared the room for the night during dinner. i found the staff quick to respond and precise in their organization.

incorrect informationsystem glitch
The service was not consistent. one staff member gave incorrect information about dining rules during ramadan. Outdoor seating was allowed with wine, contrary to what i was told. the check-out process was poor. The staff couldn't find my prepayment and tried to charge me again for the room. she blamed a system glitch. This explanation did not resolve the issue quickly.
